Sean raised £175 mainly sponsored by club members and friends prior to the charity evening.

A further £75 was raised on the night by sadistic members and friends who paid for the privilege of tearing waxed strips of Sean’s hairy chest.

Mike Van der Weyden, who lost to Sean in the final, got his revenge by donating £20 to assist in the painful chest stripping which gave all present nearly an hour of amusement and left poor Sean bare and follicles challenged for the next 6 months.

Storrington Squash Club would like to thank our members, sponsors and local businesses for their help and enthusiasm for making the evening a success in raising a staggering £2,500 for the NSPCC.

Storrington Squash Club intends to hold a number of charity events.
