Searching for past Littlehampton resident

I am trying to locate a Beatrice Lillian Smith or members of her family.

The last known information that I have is that she was 18 years old and living in Littlehampton in November 1943.

Unfortunately, this is all that I have to go on. I have tried other sources, but obviously she could have moved, married and so on.
