‘Shame on you all!’

I LIVE next to Brookfield Park and, a few weeks ago, two council workmen arrived and demolished the most glorious wildlife garden, which was adjacent to the park entrance, and which had been admired by so many people passing by.

I understand that the local council has a green and environmental policy, so why isn’t this adhered to?

Don’t they know that insects, bees and birds all feed and thrive on the flowers?

It has been in the news lately that birds are in decline, so cutting down the wildflowers isn’t going to help the situation, is it?

Shame on you all!
