Shout out to those obeying the rules and staying at home

While the Sussex Express is absolutely right to recognise all those doing heroic deeds to see us through these surreal and dangerous times, can we also give a shout-out to those who simply keep themselves out of harm’s way and thereby relieve pressure on the medical services?

Keeping a low profile and observing the guidance may not seem very heroic, but it will take everyone’s efforts to beat this virus.

It’s worth remembering that they also serve who “only” stay at home and stay safe.
