Showing during the cold snap

WE would like to thank everyone who gave to our street collections in Arundel, Rustington and Littlehampton on Saturday, February 13, for SSAFA Forces Help.

In spite of the bitterly cold weather, people responded very generously and our 16 volunteers raised the sum of 661.89 in just over two hours.

No expenses were incurred in connection with this collection.

SSAFA Forces Help – the Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association – has for 125 years been helping those who serve in our armed forces, those who used to serve, and the families of both, providing them with a combination of practical, financial and emotional support.

The national collection day on February 13, was planned to celebrate this anniversary.
