Sick and tired of road works

UNFORTUNATELY, as a very frequent user of Holmes Way, on the new estate at Toddington, I am sick and tired of this road forever being dug up and cluttered with dump trucks, diggers, small and large cranes and low-loader trucks, plus workmen standing around.

It's bad enough trying to use this road safely when residents of Holmes Way are forced to park their vehicles in a road that is too narrow for the use it gets, after some idiot gave permission to close access from Toddington Lane onto the A259.

This road is also used by commuters as a rat run and by others to get to the amenity tip, when they should be using the A259 to the Wick roundabout, then the Arundel road to Mill Lane.

I have already had my car damaged, while stationary, waiting to come round the blind corner in Olliver Acre.

Then, to find all this work going on and giving more aggro, it beggars belief. Has it finished yet?
