Someone who really cared

Like many, I was both shocked and sad to read about the death of Frances Winterborn.

I cannot pretend to have met her numerous times.

But it was enough to show me that here was someone who had integrity, who really cared about her community.

As a councillor, she always answered questions directly and told you exactly what she thought on various issues, which was very refreshing.

There is no doubt that she will be missed by our community.
