Stop fly tipping and allow everyone to use the tip

I respond to the article on the Eastbourne Herald website about fly tipping.

There are a number of ways this can happen including (1) lazy people dumping their own waste and (2) people purporting to be waste disposal companies but being unlicensed so they can take it to the tip.

I suspect local authorities spend more money on dealing with fly tipping than they gain from selling waste licenses.

In my little world of common sense if you let everyone take their waste to the tip we would live in a cleaner environment and not waste so much taxpayers money.
