Thanks for band who stepped in

THANK you for your splendid coverage of our Armed Forces Day celebrations. It was fantastic to see so many people supporting, and taking pride in, our armed forces.

I would be grateful if you would allow me to correct one error, namely that it was the Littlehampton Concert Band who performed at our event, rather than the Royal British Legion Sussex Band.

The town council is extremely grateful to the concert band for stepping in at the last moment and performing so wonderfully. Once again, they are a credit to our town.
