Thank you BBC.

Despite continued negativity from this government, the BBC continues to provide balanced reporting and commentary on current affairs.

It is not surprising that official propagandists hate its reality-check; they don’t need to lie because distorted presentation of evidence has the same effect – but listen to the BBC’s commentary for a fair picture.

‘More or Less’ is an excellent programme if your readers really want to understand statistical claims.

The World Service enlightens life in other countries and gives true insight into Britain’s place in the world.

I look forward to the day when national newspapers and social media are under the same obligation to ‘balance’ as broadcast media.
