Think of the bills

WE NOW have the weekly letters regarding the longest bench and the opposition to it.

With regard to the new structures, perhaps the question should be raised as to who will pay the compensation bill if a child or youngster falls from this and injures themselves or worse?

Remember, there are no rubber pads under them.

It will be said that they shouldn't have been climbing on it. But surely the council has a duty of care, to ensure it can't be used as a climbing frame.

So why not listen and remove these structures before the inevitable happens?
