Too much politics

FOR two weeks running, the local Labour party has felt the need to set up a stand in Littlehampton town centre, and preach the gospel according to the Labour party.

Do people really need to have politics rammed down their throats on a lovely, sunny spring day, when they are relaxing, taking the fresh air, chatting, etc?

Everyone was happy and then George O’Neill thought a stand and a few of his mates would enhance the clock tower outside Sainsbury’s.

The week before, they did it outside Bunce’s.

Is it legal to push politics like this when there is no election in sight? And, if it is not, who gave them permission to do it?
