Total disregard for parking rules

I was amused to read the article on page 8 of last Friday’s Observer, I was also surprised.

I was not aware that anyone enforced the parking regulations in Bexhill, in fact I thought there were no regulations.

It has always seemed that drivers simply stopped wheresoever they felt, on roundabouts, pedestrian crossings, the pavement etc. with total disregard for the public in general.

It is always a pleasure to visit my Australian or Canadian daughters , and to drive in countries where people drive with consideration and where the rules are strictly enforced.
