Tough on everyone
IN REFERENCE to the article (Gazette (March, 17) “Concern cuts hit the most vulnerable”, about West Sussex County Council deciding to stop providing care to adults with moderate needs from April 1, as part of plans to save £79million.
Let’s face it, we are all vulnerable. Every person, animals, too, on this Earth are vulnerable, even crossing the road.
