Town walks tall
Congratulations and thanks to all who provided the funding, design and construction of the new river flood defences and associated regeneration works.
They have done an outstanding job.
Early this morning I took my first stroll along the part of the raised river walk now open. The views across the river and down to the sea are spectacular. A great leap forward for the town.
