Tyndall is grateful

MAY I thank Bridget Richardson and her family from Home-Start Arun, along with Karen Bowles of CancerWise for their invaluable help in collecting with me at the diamond jubilee concert at The Green, on Saturday, August 18.

Thanks to them we were able to collect a combined total of £1,094.90 for the mayor’s charity, which this year is supporting two, very worthy causes.

I would also like to thank Littlehampton Town Council and council officers Sofia Chittenden, Rosie Parfitt along with their team for making this wonderful event happen.

The atmosphere, weather and setting were all perfect along with the firework display, which all combined to make a fitting celebration of her majesty’s diamond jubilee.
