Vampires with sore throats can't help but disappoint

BOTH my wife and I were looking foward to seeing Vampire Rocks at the Assembly Hall on December 13, so you can imagine how disappointed we were at its cancellation.

Yes, we know that a sore throat is unavoidable if you are a singer, but couldn't the production have a couple of understudies for the two lead roles?

The staff at the Assembly handled the situation very well and a full refund was given.

But we would rather have seen the musical with one or two understudies '“the show must go on!
