We need public toilets to open in Eastbourne

With regards to the government opening up lockdown so places like cafes can open for people to try and get back to normal - public toilets are closed due to social distancing.

So people who go out have nowhere to go to the toilet, which is a disgrace as they are just going to ‘go’ anywhere.

From what I saw, the government has told councils to open the toilets but councils are concerned over social distancing and cleaning so toilets remain shut.

I think that although councils and government are being careful there will be another health issue of human excrement on the floor.

So there needs to be something done so people can go in the proper place and not in people’s garden, or the beach, etc
