I am happy to offer my spare bedroom, and food and clothing etc, to a Syrian refugee, or a mother and child.
Let’s make Hastings a safe refuge for people fleeing a desperate situation.
Wouldn’t you hope someone would do this for you and your family if the situations were reversed?
We share a common humanity, and extending compassion will enrich our own lives and that of our community.
