Where is the joined-up thinking between Rother and East Sussex councils?

Oh wonderful! Last week we’re told it’s too much of a burden on the rate-payer to fund a 2021 dustbin collecting calendar. This week we receive from County a rate-payer funded circular (that could have included a calendar) with duplicate label telling us what to stick in our bins!
What ever happened to joined-up thinking?
