Why is there no Spanish club in the Worthing area?

We all love the Spanish food and way of life!
The Spanish speaking people are friendly when we visit their countries. So, why is there no club for the residents of Worthing and its surroundings where we can meet up, speak Spanish if we can, exchange ideas and make friends?
Can anyone answer this question?
