Wonderful voices

FOR THE second year running, I was privileged to attend Flora McDonald Junior School's end of year production and it did not disappoint.

Their production of Oliver! was first class and all the children involved sang their hearts out to the delight of their proud parents and visitors alike.

I know that the school will be going through a great deal of change over the next 12 months, but I am sure that when they merge with their next door neighbours it will become bigger and better in every way.

Thanks must go to all the children in Year 6 and to their teachers and teaching assistants for staging this wonderful event, and to the parents for encouraging the children and sewing costumes, etc.

Well done to you all and I look forward to attending many more events in the future.
