Yellow lines query
I AM 95 years old and have lived in Wick all my life. I was born at 1 High Street, which is now the dentist’s.
My query is, why are the yellow lines still in the layby opposite, that was originally the bus stop. We haven’t had a bus through Wick for years.
If a resident or visitor parks there now, they get a parking fine.
