Several outings were discussed and arrangements made, and the menu for the 96th birthday party in May was revealed.

After tea we were given a cookery demonstration by Sue Hollings of Tunbridge Wells WI, featuring Greek food, ie Moussaka, with which we were all familiar, followed by a salad and omelette. Sue had also made a Greek coconut cake especially for us. We all ad a taster of everything so it was probably no dinner tonight. Recipes were handed round so we could try them out at home.

The meeting was closed with a reminder that our next one is on May 1. (Joy Allen).
