It's not long now until our Night to Remember midnight walk.

At midnight on Saturday, June 25, ladies will gather at Worthing Leisure Centre to take part in a 7, 13.1 or 20-mile walk through the night to raise funds for the St Barnabas House Hospice at Home night service, which cares for patients in their own homes, through the darkest hours which are often the most difficult time.

Don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten all the men out there! Dads, husbands, brothers, grandfathers, uncles, sons, boyfriends, nephews – what are you all doing on Saturday, June 25?

Nothing planned? Well how about giving St Barnabas House a few hours of your time to help out.

We need men to be volunteer marshals for the event, while the ladies are walking through the night.

Night to Remember is our biggest event of the year, but it would not be possible without the support of volunteers.

This year, we need over 200 volunteers for the night.

Our male marshals help to make the event run smoothly, and offer words of encouragement to the ladies along the route from Worthing Leisure Centre, through the streets of Worthing to the seafront promenade and back again.

Over 1,200 participants took part last year, raising £160,000.

Over the last eight years, the event has raised over £1million.

So please do think about helping out if you can – it is always a fantastic night with a really fun atmosphere.

Ladies – please feel free to volunteer your menfolk, but please ask their permission first!
