The British Toilet Association petition

The British Toilet Association has launched an e-petition in regard to the inadequate provision of public toilets. There is no regulation in this area of provision, though many of us believe there should be: in the past ten years more than 40 per cent of public conveniences have been closed.

It should be noted that the campaign to get this subject debated in Parliament has been initiated under the banner of ‘We need the Loo’ and has been backed by the Woman’s Design Service, the British Toilet Association and the Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering.

All that is needed is 100,000 signatures – do you agree that this subject should be debated? Will you help? If so log on to http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/15258
