Who left those 15 piles?

I FELT that I had no alternative but to write and express my disgust and dismay at the volume of dog excrement along Broadwater Street East.

I have cause to cautiously weave my way the length of the road four times daily and this morning have counted FIFTEEN piles of dog mess along the north pavement between Jex Newsagents and the NatWest Bank.

I wholeheartedly endorse the sentiments expressed by your reader Pauline Stone in this week's letters column, on the same subject.

Surely, there should be an enforceable law that requires these irresponsible pet owners to pick up their animals' mess or face hefty fines.

Venturing along Worthing's pavements is becoming an unpleasant health hazard.
