Police are currently investigating the incident in Havelock Road, which happened on February 3.

Brian Hill, 60, from St Leonards, died in hospital following the assault.

Police said four men were seen arguing over what was believed to have been a dispute about a taxi moments before the assault.

Anyone who was near Havelock Road in the early hours of February 3 is asked to contact sussex.police.uk/contact-us/response-to-appeal, quoting Operation Locket.
