Huff and Puff skills were shown off by children and their parents in two fun days in Bognor Regis.

The 35 youngsters demonstrated their abilities with special textured balls, cones and bean bags in the sessions at The Arena sports centre.

The programme was designed by Bognor Regis Community College advanced skills teacher Rachel Mackinney.

Ms Mackinney provided each child on the programme with a Huff and Puff bag which contained the sports equipment.

She outlined to the parents the benefits of playing as a family to a child's physical and academic development.
