Parish church faces uncertain future
THE future looks uncertain for a grade II listed church in Heene, Worthing.
Repairs to St Botolph's Church in Lansdowne Road are likely to cost more than 700,000 '“ but could be as high as 1million.
Work is needed on the roof, external walls and windows, as well as the interior. But the church has decided against this option because it cannot meet its normal running costs.
