Parish tree fund for Christmas
A fund of £700 has been set aside by Aldwick parish councillors to provide a Christmas tree for the Rose Green shopping area.
The decision was agreed unanimously after the success of last year's inaugural festive display outside the Co-op Welcome store at the Nyetimber Lane/Gossamer Lane junction.
Councillors hope to provide more activities around the tree this December, and to make it a focus of community celebrations.
