PCM estate agents to support to SLT charity

The Sara Lee Trust has announced that local business, PCM Estate Agents, have chosen to support its work by making a “significant regular monthly donation” to the charity for an initial one year period.

Maria Gonet, Fundraising Manager for The Sara Lee Trust (SLT) said the Trust is totally reliant on donations and fundraising to provide essential care and support services to local people and is “absolutely thrilled” to have the support of PCM, adding: “Not only will this help to provide further counselling and therapy capacity, it is also wonderful to have the support of such a well respected local business.”

Blake Mitchell, Director PCM, said: “PCM are pleased to support the SLT, who provide incredible support to people at what must be a scary and frightening time for them. Cancer and serious illness touch so many people; we wanted to do something to help.”

The SLT provides specialist counselling, therapy care and support to local people living with cancer and other life-threatening conditions, along with their family and carers. The Trust also provides services to patients at St Michaels Hospice and the Rye, Winchelsea and District Memorial Hospital. www.saraleetrust.org
