PEACEHAVEN WI: Our December meeting was a preamble to Christmas, with everyone exchanging cards and good wishes. Arrangements were discussed regarding a visit to Ardingly in June and a possible holiday in September. The president gave a report on our recent day’s outing to Sinah Warren on Hayling Island, which was a great success. We were greeted with a special fall of snow and then mulled wine. An excellent lunch was served followed by an amusing pantomime, getting us in the mood for Christmas.

Members were treated to s a special afternoon tea presented by Margaret and Peggy, after which Peter Willson on the piano accompanying Linda who sang a melody of favourite songs, entertained us, ending with carols.
