MERIDIAN EVENING WI: The next meeting is on Wednesday in the Anzac Room at 7.30pm when the WI looks forward to a flower demonstration from the Flower Shed. Visitors always welcome.

SWING/JAZZ EVENING: A wonderful evening from singer Simon Studd, Friday November 25 at 7.30pm. Tickets £15 which includes a basket meal at the Main Hall, Community House. In aid of the Mayor of Peacehaven’s local charities.

PEACEHAVEN PLAYERS: This year’s Panto is Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Meridian Centre. Performances are on December 7, 8 and 9 at 7.30pm and December 10 at 2pm and 6pm. Tickets are available at various prices by going on the web site www.peacehavenplayers.co.uk (no booking fee) or telephone 01273 681861.

SATURDAY CHARITY MARKET: Tomorrow the market will be organised by the Horticultural Society.

COFFEE MORNINGS: This week the coffee mornings will be organised by: Monday, Wednesday and Friday November 25, Sussex Pet Rescue; Tuesday, Lyn Mills; Thursday, Wendy Veck.

COMMUNITY CAFE: Now open six mornings, in the foyer, Community House, Meridian Centre. Tea, coffee, egg, bacon, sausage sandwiches and cooked breakfasts available. Run by local charities. Monday and Wednesday morning the community café is organised by Sussex Pet Rescue.

KNOW DEMENTIA: Memory moments café. Everyone welcome, especially those with memory problems and their family supporter. Every Friday from 10am to 1pm, Anzac Room, Community House, Meridian Centre.

CINEMA: The next film at the Peacehaven cinema will be Bridget Jones Baby Wednesday November 23 at 7.30pm, Main Hall, Community House. The film on December 21 is Inferno. Tickets £5 from the Information Office.
