MATURE CITIZENS: The last Afternoon Quiz for the summer will be at the Meridian Centre (Anzac Room) on Tuesday from 2pm to 4pm. £2 per person to cover the cost of room hire, refreshments available. SATURDAY CHARITY MARKET: Tomorrow the market will be organised by Community Orchard.

COFFEE MORNINGS: This week the coffee mornings will be organised by: Monday and Wednesday, Sussex Pet Rescue; Tuesday, Lyn; Thursday, UKIP; and Friday July 15, Evangelical Church.

COMMUNITY CAFÉ: Now open six mornings, in the foyer, Community House, Meridian Centre. Tea, coffee, egg, bacon, sausage sandwiches and cooked breakfasts available. Run by local charities. Monday and Wednesday morning the community café is organised by Sussex Pet Rescue.

KNOW DEMENTIA: Memory Moments Café. Everyone welcome, especially those with memory problems and their family supporter. Every Friday from 10am to 1pm, Anzac Room, Community House, Meridian Centre.

SUMMER FAIR: The town’s Summer Fair, Saturday July 16, Centenary Park (the Big Park) 11am to 3pm. There will be a children’s fancy dress competition during the afternoon of the fair; two age groups 2 to 6 years and 7 to 11years.

There is no need to register. PTC are hoping that families will participate in the family sports day, you will need to register to take part for this event.

CHANGE4LIFE: Great News? Change4life is back. Friday July 29 from 10amd to 2pm at Wave at Peacehaven Leisure Centre. Free activities included are gymnastics, trampolining, face painting, table tennis and magic castle. Call 01273 588858 for further information.
