Peacehaven

MERIDIAN EVENING WI: On June 22 our members listened with interest to a talk on Myofascial Release, which is a technique that that treats pain and discomfort by releasing tightening of the connective tissue that lies under the skin. We also heard from Joy Allen who had attended the recent national AGM held recently at the Brighton Centre. We are looking forward to our summer outing when we will have a meal out followed by attending a concert at the Eastbourne Bandstand. Our next meeting will be on Wednesday July 27, 7.15pm for 7.30pm in the Anzac Room, when our speaker will talk to us about community policing. New members are always welcome.
