PEACEHAVEN WI: After the general business and correspondence, members bought tickets for next month’s ploughman’s lunch and the raffle was drawn. Following tea members gathered round Terri Simmons for a demonstration on Sugar Craft. Everyone appeared to be enthralled by each stage of creating a cake in the shape of an evening bag, complete with butter icing roses and a handle. One lucky winner, picked at random by Terri from a list of members, proudly took the cake home. Wish we were going for tea. (Joy Allen).
