Crackling Telephone Lines and problems with internet in Peasmarsh: The Chair of the Parish Council (David Pankhurst) has written to BT and a copy of his letter can be viewed on the Parish Council website under Council News, and also on the Parish Council Notice Board at Brickfields. Any replies when received will also be posted on the Parish Council website and on the Parish Council Notice Board.

The next visit: by the Mobile Library will be on Thursday 17th November, and every three weeks after that.

FLU VACCINATIONS: Flu Clinics at Northiam Surgery will run from 2.00-3.30 pm on Thursday 10th November and Tuesday 15th November

Flower Arranging Group: Contact Deirdre Bull on 01797 230208. Saturday 5th November 2-4 pm. Joyce Pannell from Beckley will be coming to Peasmarsh Memorial Hall to give a floral demonstration “Christmas Flowers for your Home” Entrance £6 including refreshments. PEASMARSH VILLAGE SIGN: Residents are invited to submit their ideas for a design to encourage a broader community involvement. The design should symbolise Peasmarsh, its history and environment, and include the Peasmarsh Panther. The closing date for entries is the 15th November, and they can either be emailed to [email protected], or posted in the Memorial Hall post box. If you are interested in becoming involved in this project or would like more information, then contact Councillor Celia Pollington via the Parish Clerk, email [email protected].
