QUIZ NIGHT: Thank you to everyone who came along and joined in the Quiz last Saturday at the hall. It was a smaller crowd than usual but still a lot of fun; thanks also to Gina and Damien for running the Quiz and all the helpers for the food etc. I will let you know the date of the next one as soon as I know it.

PEASMARSH C E SCHOOL: Many congratulations to the staff and children at Peasmarsh school on the recent Ofsted report. Onwards and upwards!

ART AND CRAFTS FAIR: There will be another Arts and Crafts Fair at the hall this Saturday May 17, 10.30am - 4.30pm.

PEASMARSH PARISH COUNCIL: Peasmarsh residents are invited to meet their new Parish Council at the next meeting on Tuesday May 19 at 6.30pm at the hall.

PEASMARSH FLOWER FESTIVAL: Not long now until the annual Flower Festival at Peasmarsh church. This will run from Saturday May 23 until Monday May 25. Along with the beautifully decorated church there will be a plant stall, refreshments, a concert by the Peasmarsh and District Ladies Choir (formally the W.I. Choir) on the Saturday at 6.30pm, and as usual the Morris Men will be there at around 11am after the service on Sunday. Fingers crossed for fine weather!

RYE 10 RACE: The 4th Rye 10 Race in aid of hall funds will be taking place on Sunday May 24, starting at Jempson’s car park at 10am. Volunteers to help man water stations and act as course marshals are welcome - please contact David on 230205 for more information or to volunteer.

CHURCH SERVICES: This Sunday there will be a service of Holy Eucharist at Peasmarsh church at 10am.
