Brighton residents celebrate postcode lottery win

The Havelock Road neighbours won the sum today (Wednesday, March 18) when BN1 6GN was announced as a daily prize winner with People’s Postcode Lottery.

Ambassador of the lottery Danyl Johnson said: “Congratulations to our winners! I’m sure this news has made their day and I hope they treat themselves to something nice with their winnings.”

A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes to charities and players are said to have raised more than £500 million to date for thousands of causes.

Today’s draw was promoted by conservation charity Woodland Trust, said to have received more than £13.1 million in funding from players.
