Car overturns near Eastbourne

According to traffic reports, the collision which involved two cars happened on the A259, between Pevensey and Bexhill.

The road is partially blocked both ways. Recovery is said to be in progress.

Traffic between Eastbourne and Hastings is affected.

Sussex Police said: “This was a collision between two cars on the A259 at Hooe, Battle, at 3.38pm on Wednesday, April 15. Two people suffered minor injuries. The road re-opened at 5.56pm.””
