Chichester underpass vandalised days after repairs

The belongings of two homeless men were razed in what was believed to be arson earlier this month. This artwork has now been vandalised and the tags 'Skid' and 'Fat Bois' have been sprayed on the wall and ceiling respectively.

Donna Ockenden, who founded the Four Streets Project, said: "The Four Streets Project have been overwhelmed by the kindness shown to our homeless community after the recent awful events.

"We know how grateful they all are.

"It’s really disappointing that despite the best efforts of the Council to improve the underpass area for everyone that vandals have graffiti’d it so soon once again."

A tweet from homeless support charity the Four Streets Project read: "Just two days after the Chichester underpass was redecorated - after the fire destroying all the possessions of two of our homeless people @FourStreetsChi is sorry to say it’s been graffiti’d again!"
