Coronavirus: Chef Brandon bakes cookies for NHS staff at St Richard’s Hospital

Talented Chichester chef Brandon Greenshields spent a whole day baking cookies to say thank you to frontline staff at St Richard’s Hospital.

The cookies were iced with the NHS log and a thank-you message and were collected by grateful NHS staff on Tuesday.

Brandon, 24, normally works as a sous chef at the Crate and Apple in Chichester but is currently on furlough due to the ongoing coronavirus crisis.

Chichester born Brandon explained: “Basically, I love to cook food and make people happy so this was something I could do to show my appreciation. I think the whole country owes a huge debt to the NHS and what they do makes me feel very humble.”
