Crew called to Eastbourne van fire

Firefighters responded to a van fire in Eastbourne on Monday night (November 16).

East Sussex Fire said one fire engine was sent to Norway Road, Eastbourne, at 7.12pm.

A spokesman said firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.

The fire service did not provide a cause for the fire.
