Deadline looming to enter your pet in a Virtual Show competition to support St Michael’s Hospice

The deadline for entering your pet into the St Michael’s Hospice Virtual Pet Show competition is Friday September 18.

The Hospice is inviting all owners to enter their pet in the first ever virtual pet show competition and help raise vital funds for the Hospice.

Categories include: Pet that looks most like its owner (picture of pet and owner required), cheekiest pet, action shot, dirtiest pet and the pet you would most like to take home.

For all budding artists there is also a pet portraits category, simply submit a photo of your pet portraits along with a photo of your pet, this can be a drawing, sculpture or a painting - be as creative as you like (portrait age categories: Up to 6 years, 7 -11 Years, over 12 years).

Kirsty Williams, from the hospice, said: “Dig out your favourite picture of your furry friends and enter them today, you never know you might be one of the Hospice’s lucky winners.

“Rosettes and a certificate will be issued to 1st - 3rd in each category and Art Supplies will be awarded to 1st - 3rd place in each age category of the Pet Portraits.

It costs £5 per entry, and owners can enter their pet into as many categories as they like. All entries must be in by Friday September 18.
