Police have confirmed a 24-year-old woman, who had been reported missing in East Sussex, has been found safe.

Eileen Beach, from Hooe – near Battle – was reported missing by Sussex Police on Saturday evening (October 8).

In an update on Sunday afternoon, the police force wrote on social media: “Great news!

“We are pleased to report that Eileen Beach, who had previously been reported missing, has been found safe and well. Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal.”
