Wish Tower House in Edward Road has been put on the market for £1,575,000 by estate agents Hunt Commercial.

The building was constructed in 2006 and originally comprised a two-storey office building within Highfield Office Park. Since then, the property has been converted to a medical treatment centre specialising in wound healing working alongside the NHS.

Externally, there are 22 off-street car parking spaces.

The building is currently let to Community Interest Company Pioneer Wound Healing & Lymphoedema Centres.

Director of Hunt Commercial, Simon Hunt, said he wishes to assure staff and patients that the centre ‘will continue their excellent work in treating patients with no changes to staff or patient care’.

He said: “The landlord wishes to sell the freehold investment with the benefit of the very successful and secure tenant, Pioneer Sussex Wound Healing and Lymphoedema Centre, who will remain in occupation and continue their specialist medical treatment for patients.”
