Final approval sought for 168 new homes at Faygate
Final planning approval is being sought from Horsham District Council for the latest phase in development of the Kilnwood Vale estate at Faygate.
Developers Crest Nicholson are seeking approval for the design and layout of 168 new homes, along with associated landscaping, play space and parking.
Outline planning consent was granted for the estate in 2010.
