East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) said it received a report of the incident just after 11.35am today (Monday, April 26).
A spokesman said: “We were called to attend a fire at a business property on Bexhill Road, St Leonards
“We currently have four appliances in attendance with crews from Bexhill, The Ridge and Hastings in attendance.
“Firefighters are using 1 in 7 foam to extinguish the fire.”
