Good news as food hygiene ratings awarded to five Mid Sussex establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to five of Mid Sussex’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to three restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Kazi's Curry Mahal at Kazis Curry Mahal, 3 Keymer Parade, Keymer Road, Burgess Hill; rated on January 24

• Rated 5: Village Brew at The Estate Office, Station Road, Crawley Down; rated on January 20

• Rated 5: Lyona at 46 High Street, Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex; rated on January 17

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: Lindfield Football Club at Lindfield Common Cricket Pavilion, Backwoods Lane, Lindfield; rated on January 30

• Rated 5: Savannah at 44 - 46 The Broadway, Haywards Heath, West Sussex; rated on January 22
